  1) How to Become a Member
  Becoming a CertificateSwap.com member is easy! Simply click the “Sign In/Out” link at the top right of any page on our site and then click the new user registration button. We will ask you to then choose a username and password and in addition we will ask for your mailing address, email address, and phone number. Then once you've agreed to our terms of service you may press the Continue button and your account will instantly be created. Unfortunately, at this time our service is available to residents of the United States. Canadian residents may register to buy on the site, however they are unable to sell certificates on the site due to currency issues and the fact that some Canadian gift certificates are not accepted in the store's U.S. location(s).
   
  2) Privacy & Security
    Your privacy is very important to us. As part of our company's normal operations, we require that you provide us with an accurate mailing address and phone number and to verify your account and your age. When you are ready to buy or sell on the site, we ask for a credit card number which is verified securely and instantly on our site.   3) Logging Into Your Account
    Signing in is easy! In the top right hand corner of our website you will see a Sign In/Out button. Simply click that to visit the sign in area where it will prompt you for your username and password. If you do not currently have an account, you may use this link to create your free account!
   
  4) Canadian User Information
    Canadian residents are welcome to register and use the CertificateSwap.com site. They are invited to use our site to send GiftBux to either a U.S. or Canadian resident or to purchase any gift certificate listed for sale on the site. We do not allow Canadian residents to sell certificates on the site, however.
